Natural Facelift Massage

History
Facial lifting massage is a treatment based on ancient Ayurvedic techniques, developed in the 1990s by Kundan and Narendra Mehta, two Ayurvedic therapists trained in India and the UK. Over the years, this practice has become one of the most popular holistic anti-wrinkle treatments in the UK.

How does it work?
This treatment helps prevent and delay the visible signs of ageing using simple, natural and effective techniques that take into account the body’s energy. It works primarily by releasing tension within the facial muscles and connective tissue, while also being deeply relaxing. It is a gentle, natural and non-invasive method, without the use of aggressive products or aesthetic techniques. The treatment lasts one hour, is performed entirely with the hands, and does not require oils or creams (although oils can be used if necessary). This is ideal for those with sensitive skin or allergies to cosmetic products.

How often should the treatment be performed?

A difference in the face can be seen and felt after just one treatment. However, the best effects are cumulative and are achieved with a course of at least six treatments, performed once a week. Subsequently, to maintain the benefits achieved, a monthly maintenance treatment is recommended. When used regularly, in addition to its anti-wrinkle effect, it can also help give the face a fresher, more relaxed and radiant appearance.
